Bloomington Water Company is a Utah non-profit irrigation water company, owned solely by its shareholders, providing pressurized irrigation water to Bloomington Ranches subdivisions and eligible lots in Bloomington Hills in St. George, UT.  Established in 1976, Bloomington Water Company oversees the physical and financial aspects of providing a secondary water service to these properties in the most efficient and cost-effective method possible.
